At Electric Korean BBQ Grill, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items returned outside of this 30-day window will not be accepted.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@electrickoreanbbqgrill.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
Please do not send your item back without first receiving an RMA number, as this may delay or prevent your refund.
3. Condition of Returned Items
For a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals included. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be subject to a partial refund or no refund at all.
4. Refund Method and Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
- Hygiene products (if applicable and unsealed).
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective Electric Korean BBQ Grill, please contact us immediately at support@electrickoreanbbqgrill.com with your order number and photos of the damage/defect. We will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you, or offer a full refund, at your discretion. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@electrickoreanbbqgrill.com.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
