Thank you for shopping with Electric Korean BBQ Grill! We are committed to delivering your Electric Korean BBQ Grill to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Shipping Costs
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Domestic Shipping
For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic deliveries.
4. International Shipping
For international orders, estimated delivery time is 10-25 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that international shipping times can vary significantly due to customs processing and local postal services.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Electric Korean BBQ Grill is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, Electric Korean BBQ Grill is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, unforeseen weather conditions, customs processing, or other events beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these orders will be shipped exclusively via USPS.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@electrickoreanbbqgrill.com. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your product.
9. Restricted Countries
We currently do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. sanctions or other international trade restrictions. If you attempt to place an order to a restricted country, your order may be canceled.
